• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting servers automatically record basic request details such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the visit.

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the email address and message you submit, along with your IP address, browser information, and the address of our website, and delivers the message to our inbox by email.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.
• GoDaddy hosts the website and keeps server logs. GoDaddy's hosting also adds a traffic and performance-monitoring script to our pages, which may set cookies containing a random identifier for your browser and send GoDaddy the pages viewed, the referring page, and page-load timing.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the website.

Cookies, tracking, and Do Not Track

We have not added analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking tools to this website, and the website's own code does not set cookies. However, the monitoring script that our hosting provider, GoDaddy, adds to our pages can set cookies (such as _tccl_visitor and _tccl_visit) containing a random identifier for your browser. It can also send GoDaddy the pages you view, the page that referred you, and page-load timing, which lets GoDaddy recognize your browser on later visits. GoDaddy provides hosting to many other websites and also receives your IP address and browser information, so it may be able to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Google (through Google Fonts) and, if you use the contact form, FormSubmit also receive your IP address and browser information when you use this site. This website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals or similar mechanisms.

How long we keep information

We keep messages sent through the contact form in our email account for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. Our service providers (FormSubmit, Google Workspace, and GoDaddy, including its server logs and monitoring data) keep information for periods set by their own policies.

Your choices

To ask what information you have sent us, or to request that we correct or delete it, contact us using the form on our homepage. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy
